1. When can I expect to see results?

A. Since everybody has a different situation, we never know how long it will take for someone to achieve the results they are looking for. Past customer feedback really does vary based on each person's individual circumstance making it very difficult to predict results. Please note that the doctors and herbalists that designed Get Well Natural's herbal formulas, described to us that they experienced best outcomes in their Vietnam clinics, when their patients took the herbal formulas for at least a period of 3-6 months.*

2. How do I take the supplements I purchased from you?

A. For improved absorption, it is recommended that you take these supplements on an empty stomach either 30-60 minutes before a meal, 2 hours after a meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Drink at least 8 ounces of room temperature to hot water with these supplements. If you forget to take them before a meal, please be sure to take them AFTER the meal. The idea is not to skip a serving for best results. For faster absorption, herbal tablets may be crushed into a powder and mixed with water, and capsules can be emptied into water (room temperature to hot) and drank as a tea. Remember, Get Well Natural offers only natural dietary supplements that simply promote balance to the body so it is best when taken on an empty stomach. If you are taking prescription medication, always take our supplements at a different time than your medication since prescription drugs may cause imbalance to the body and lessen the effectiveness of the balancing qualities of our products.*

3. How long will I have to take the supplements?

A. Get Well Natural products are generally taken for a period of at least 3-6 months. That is the amount of time that the herbalists and MD's that developed these formulas, realized the best outcomes when they used these types of formulas successfully with their patients in Vietnam over a 40 year period. The length of time someone would choose to take our products varies greatly based on an individual's health situation, stress level, and toxicity of the body. These factors make it difficult to put an exact length of time you will need to take the products. Eastern Medicine practitioners believe that by keeping stress and toxin levels low, this can aid the body in achieving better balance and thus require a shorter herbal use protocol. On the flip side, individuals with high levels of stress and toxins may need to continue taking herbal dietary supplements for a longer period of time in order to bring proper balance to the body. Stress reducing activities like yoga, meditation, plenty of sleep, healthy diet, non-strenuous exercise, hobbies, and eliminating stressful thoughts such as "worrying" are all worth investigating for those wanting to aid the body in recovering faster and thus eliminating or reducing the need for any dietary supplements.*

4. Are there any "Side Effects" with these products?

A. All natural substances like vegetables, meats, fruits, herbs and many other forms of foods may cause a "side effect" on a small population of sensitive individuals. While our herbal products do not have negative side effects like ones associated with Western Medicine drugs, the body can experience side effects while going through a "Detox" from the natural cleansing properties of herbs. When someone begins our natural products, the body may begin to optimize organ and cellular function. When this occurs, the body will begin to excrete toxins such as previously taken drugs, pollutants, bacteria, chemicals and other harmful substances that have been stored in the body. While this is very healthy, symptoms may include headaches, diarrhea, acne, nausea or fatigue. NOTE: to minimize and prevent "Detoxification" effects of the body, as well as ease your body into any new product, we suggest that you take a reduced amount of supplements when you first begin any of our products. Simply take one capsule or tablet, twice daily for the first 3 days. Then, add one additional capsule or tablet every three days until you get to the recommended usage. For those with digestion problems or if stomach upset occurs, our supplements can be taken with food or right before you eat, however, we do suggest taking them on an empty stomach in the future for best results. Always drink 8 ounces of pure water, 6 to 7 times daily to help the body rid itself of toxins and regain optimum health.*

5. Should I continue, stop or modify my prescription medications?

A. We at Get Well Natural, LLC do not provide medical advice and/or treatment for any disease or illness. You should not change your medical prescription regimen in any way without first consulting your primary medical doctor. As your health improves, you should continue to work with your primary medical practitioner. Additional information: In general, it is important for all users of medications to understand that ALL medications / drugs have harmful side effects. This is due to their chemical and synthetic makeup. Eastern medicine practitioners believe that prescription and non-prescription medications can actually take your body out of balance thus making it harder for the body to heal itself. Eastern medicine does not focus on treating a disease rather it focuses on the treatment of the body by promoting improved health through natural herbal ingredients, lifestyle changes, and stress reduction.*

6. Can I take these herbal products if I am currently taking prescription drugs?

A. The herbal products sold at www.getwellnatural.com are natural dietary supplements designed to balance the body and support health. Since our products are simply natural dietary supplements designed to promote healthy balance, they should not interfere with most prescription drugs / medications, and we always advise that Get Well Natural products be taken at least 2 hours apart from any chemical drugs so that the drugs will not make Get Well Natural products ineffective. We also advise you to consult with a primary healthcare physician if you are concerned in anyway. Please note that our customers have had the best results in consulting with doctors whom are educated in herbal medicine so that your physician's opinion will be an herbal educated opinion and not one based on a lack of knowledge. The reason why we recommend that Get Well Natural supplements be taken at least 2 hours apart from drugs, is the same reason why they should be taken apart from food. These balanced herbal formulas work best when they are taken apart from anything else except water. These natural herbal products are very gentle in their design and since synthetically made chemical drugs are very strong and powerful, they can disrupt the balancing purpose of the herbs.*

7. Can the products you sell treat or cure my disease?

A. According to the U.S. FDA, no natural dietary supplement company is allowed to make any claims of that their products treat or cure a disease. The FDA only allows drug companies to make these types of "treat or cure" type of claims for approved chemical drugs. Get Well Natural supplements are designed to be used simply as an all-natural dietary supplement to support and maintain a healthy body. Stress reduction, as well as healthier dietary and lifestyle choices, are other important factors to investigate that may offer the body the best chance to heal itself.*

8. What harm is there if I take too many of the supplements you sell?

A. Get Well Natural recommends that you do not take more than the suggested usages as listed on each product unless otherwise directed by a primary healthcare provider. Generally, there are no significant side effects from taking our natural dietary supplements. If you take too much, the body simply excretes any amount that is not needed. If you take more than the suggested dosage at one time you might experience indigestion or diarrhea as the body removes the excess herbs from the body. We do not recommend overdosing and please keep the bottles out of the reach of children.*

9. If my medical doctor tells me not to take these but I still want to take them, do you have any health advice for me?

A. As with any advice from any doctor, we always advise people to get a second opinion from a knowledgeable healthcare practitioner. Most western trained physicians are not educated in herbal uses. Because of this lack of experience, they may not be able to advise you to take an herbal product because they do not want the liability of telling you its okay to take an herbal product that they know nothing about. In these cases, we advise you to seek out an educated healthcare practitioner that understands and is trained on the herbs used in these supplements and can give you an educated second opinion rather than an opinion based on a "lack of knowledge". Most of our customers, who have asked practitioners experienced in herbal medicine, have received very positive recommendations to take the health supporting products. Since these products are natural dietary supplements, we feel that they are a helpful and supportive balancing supplement for most individuals when taken as directed. Exceptions are made for sensitive or allergic individuals or children; we advise them to take a reduced ¼ to ½ dosages. Remember that you are ultimately in control of your own health. Healthcare providers can only give you their recommendation based on their training, experience or lack of experience. Ultimately you need to decide if you want to use natural methods to promote health in your body or if you want to choose a route containing drugs and surgery which all have negative side effects. 10. Can I experience detoxification effects from taking these supplements?

A. Yes you may. To minimize and prevent "Detoxification" effects of the body, as well as ease your body into any new product, we suggest that you take a reduced amount of supplements when you first begin any herbal product. 12. Why should I take the supplements you offer and how are they different from other products sold online or at health food stores?

13. Will my order be subject to Sales Tax?

A. Only orders shipped to Nevada will be charged sales tax. Get Well Natural, LLC is required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in the state of Nevada. The tax rate applied to your order will be the current rate of 8.1%. All other orders shipped to addresses in the remaining 49 states, including US Territory and APO/FPO addresses, will not be charged sales tax.*
